Yes non donors can absolutely fight vs donors very easy.
Our pvp is very balanced and donors are not op, we dont have donor set, cards or weapons.
Just a little bit of fashion, vip (without stats), cs pets.
You can check the donor shop ingame. Its very fair and no pay to win.

I am rank 1, and have donator gear, being dragon fashion. I haven't donated once. Donators have an advantage, but its not pay to win.
