Why?
It has no use for the pvp or pvm part.
It will just cost extra money for the appearance haha

It`s ok sir i know it`s not use for pvp or pve just want to shine also the shield

Just with a high element level weapon and a +10 set will already make your character shine like a Christmas tree. lol

Well i know u like the shine and stuff.
But it will confuse people, they will thibk they need element on shield in order to get less dmg.
But it wont be like that, and some people will spent a lot of money on upgrading the shield.
Its just not possible for a mid rate server where people have to farm a lot for their money.
